History

M31 is an independent investment company established by executives, university professors, and entrepreneurs in 2006 in Italy.

Our goal is to turn novel technologies into start-ups by working closely with universities and research labs.

In 2008 M31 Italia raised the first € 3 Million investment from private investors.

In 2010 it welcomed TTVenture as a stakeholder, the first Italian venture capital fund entirely dedicated to high-tech.

In 2010 it established M31 USA with the goal of supporting the international expansion of European high tech start-ups and companies.

As of 2010, M31 completed six investments in technology start-ups and manages a € 10 Million fund.

While M31 Italia helps entrepreneurs through the difficult first stage of turning an idea into a start-up, 
M31 USA helps companies through the difficult first step of global expansion.
